Tributo a Lourdes Del Río (2022)

This mural was a self-managed project with the purpose of honoring Añasco-born journalist Lourdes Del Río. For over two decades, Lourdes has worked as a reporter for Univision’s national news in Miami, covering various significant events in the Hispanic community. In recent years, she has been a prominent voice for millions of immigrants in media, in addition to informing and inspiring her audience through her podcast “En Positivo,” where she conducts interviews with different personalities to provide the audience with advice to living a life of well-being.
